Yes. Our garments follow standard Indian sizing. Since some of our styles feature relaxed or anti-fit silhouettes, we recommend referring to the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.

An anti-fit silhouette is intentionally relaxed and designed to drape beautifully rather than fit closely to the body. It offers ease, comfort, and effortless elegance.

We make every effort to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to individual screen settings.

Many Dharohr pieces are handcrafted using handloom fabrics and artisanal techniques. Minor variations in weave, texture, embroidery, or colour are natural characteristics of handmade products and make every piece unique.

We primarily work with natural fabrics such as Mul Cotton, Kota Doria, Chanderi, and other handloom textiles chosen for their comfort, breathability, and timeless appeal.

For best results:

• Dry clean before the first wear.
• Thereafter, gently hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent unless otherwise specified.
• Do not bleach.
• Dry in shade.
• Iron on low to medium heat.

We currently ship across India. International shipping is available for select locations.

Orders are typically dispatched within 10–15 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Yes. We offer size exchanges on all regular-priced, standard-size products.

To request a size exchange:

• Email us at dharohr03@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return the product in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
• Size exchanges are subject to availability.

If the garment doesn't suit your preference, you may return it and receive a one-time store credit voucher valid for 3 months, provided the product is unworn, unused, and has all original tags attached.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in the voucher amount.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning products for exchanges or store credit.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Dharohr cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Please email us at dharohr03@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Refunds are applicable only for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products where a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
