Exchanges & Returns

We offer size exchanges for all non-discounted items purchased from our website. If your ordered piece does not fit, please ship the item back to us with a small note mentioning your required size and send us an email at dharohr03@gmail.com.

If the style does not suit you, we can offer a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months, provided the piece is unworn, intact, and returned with all tags and labels attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the value of the store credit voucher.

Products purchased from our Sample Sale section are one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be customised, exchanged, or returned at any stage. We request you to carefully review the measurement chart before placing your order.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for customised orders. A product is eligible for exchange or return only if it is a standard product.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for internationally shipped orders unless the issue is caused by us, such as a defective product or an incorrect item or size being shipped.

Exchange or return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Please read product descriptions carefully and review measurements before purchasing. Please note that screens and monitors display colours differently, and while we aim to represent products accurately, colours may vary slightly. In case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

By purchasing from Dharohr, you agree to our shopping terms, conditions, and policies.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced, non-discounted items in standard sizes may be returned or exchanged. All sale items are offered at their best and final price and cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, refunds will be initiated through the original payment method within 10 working days after approval.
